Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) baseball opened conference play at home against Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU). In Friday night's doubleheader the Lions split with OPSU taking the first game 5-3 and losing the second game 2-8. Saturday afternoon's game was the deciding factor on who would win the series, the Lions came to play and won with a final score of 13-3. The Lions are now (2-1) in conference and will be competing in conference play against Wayland Baptist University this weekend March 12-13^th
