Waxahachie, TX – Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Women's basketball played a tough road game Thursday night against the #2 team in the NAIA, Wayland Baptist University (WBU). The first quarter was evenly matched, the Lady Lions were able to get WBU in foul trouble and take advantage from the free throw line. The second quarter WBU came out and executed on the offensive end to take a 19-point lead into halftime 56-37. In the second half the Lady Lions were able to find a better rhythm and Kiara Glenn came away with a season high 21 points. The Lady Lions weren't able to come back in the second half and WBU won with a final score 108-78.

- Kiara Glenn (SR/Ennis, TX) scored a season high 21 points going 7-17.
- Alexis Casher (SR/Irvington, AL) finished with a double-double 11 points and 10 rebounds. This is her third straight double-double.
- Sydney Meador (SR/ Mobile, AL) scored 13 point and added 4 rebounds
