Waxahachie, TX | January 17, 2026 — The Nelson University Lions men's basketball team delivered a complete performance Saturday afternoon, rolling to a 106–96 Sooner Athletic Conference victory over the University of Science and Arts inside the Sheaffer Center.
Nelson set the tone early with pace and physicality, building a 52–48 halftime lead behind efficient shooting and a steady diet of paint touches.
