Bethany, OK – The SAGU Women's soccer team was back on the road as they traveled to Bethany, Oklahoma to face Southwestern Christian University. Both teams were on the hunt to find their first conference win.
The two teams were going back and forth trying to get on the scoreboard first. At the 33rd minute of play, SCU's Nahomi Olivia helped the Eagles take the lead first with her 11th goal this season. Then again at the 60th minute, Nahomi Olivia doubles the lead and gets her 12th goal of the season with an assist from Madison Cochran. At the 74th minute of play the Eagles found their 3rd goal and sealed the win over the Lions 3-0.
The SAGU Women's team will face Central Christian College on October 16 at 8:00 p.m. in McPherson, Kansas.
