Waxahachie, TX - In a high-stakes Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) clash at the Sheaffer Center, the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lady Lions faced off against the Langston University (LU) Lions in a rematch that had fans on the edge of their seats.

Lady Lions Review
The Lady Lions charged onto the court with Wendy Clemmons nailing a long three-pointer, setting the tone for a focused and sharp performance. Neeley Tilley-Beddick's blow-by layup echoed their determination, with excellent plays on both ends, stealing passes and contributing six first-half points.
As the first period concluded, SAGU Lady Lions led 18-15. The second quarter showcased heavy efforts from both sides, with Autumn Moore scoring six points under intense defensive pressure. At halftime, Langston Lions held a slim lead of 33-31, despite Neeley Tilley-Beddick's nine first-half points and Agar Farres Garcia's impressive seven rebounds.
Neeley Tilley-Bedick led the charge in the second half, with Rylee Lavender's long-range three-pointers and Wendy Clemmons' floaters adding flair. Despite a spirited effort, SAGU fell short in the end, losing 67-61.
