Waxahachie, TX - In a high-stakes Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) clash at the Sheaffer Center, the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lady Lions faced off against the Central Christian College (CCC) Tigers Saturday evening.
 

Lady Lions Review 

The Tigers struggled to find their rhythm, shooting 4-16 from the field.

SAGU took an early lead with a score of 20-13.

Kylee Jones and Briasia Garza made notable contributions for Central Christian, but Neeley Tilley-Bedick stole the spotlight early.

2nd Quarter

SAGU continued their dominance in the second quarter, outscoring Central Christian 21-12.

The Lions' defense proved to be a challenge for the Tigers.

Neeley Tilley-Bedick and Kyla McMinn played crucial roles for SAGU.

3rd Quarter

Central Christian tried to bounce back in the third quarter, scoring 13 points.

SAGU maintained their lead, adding 10 more points to their total.

Rylee Lavender and Agar Garcia showcased their skills for the Lions.

4th Quarter

Despite a late push from Central Christian, SAGU closed out the game strong, outscoring the Tigers 15-4.

The Lady Lions secured the victory with a final score of 66-42.
