Bethany, OK - In a fiercely contested Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) matchup, the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lady Lions clashed with the Southwestern Christian University (SCU) Eagles at the Pickens-Springer Gym in Bethany, Oklahoma, igniting a thrilling battle on the hardwood.

From the onset, both teams left it all on the court, displaying unwavering determination and intensity in pursuit of victory. Wendy Clemmons showcased her offensive prowess with a mesmerizing step-back jumper that left defenders in disbelief. Autumn Moore and Neeley Tilley-Beddick provided a much-needed spark for SAGU in the first half, injecting energy into their squad's performance.
Despite a valiant effort and robust defensive display, the Lady Lions found themselves trailing 36-28 at halftime, facing a formidable challenge against the Eagles' offensive firepower.
 In the second half, SAGU relied on the scoring prowess of Autumn Moore and Agar Farres Garcia to stay competitive against SCU's high-octane offense and impressive assist numbers.
