Oklahoma City, OK - In a thrilling Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) showdown, the RV Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lady Lions clashed with the Oklahoma City University (OCU) Stars in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

From the opening tip-off, the duo of CJ Hall and Cortland Blake spearheaded the Lions' offensive onslaught, while JJ Boling showcased his defensive prowess with keen awareness and strategic positioning. Justin Collins stole the spotlight with a series of dazzling passes, captivating the crowd with his playmaking abilities.
Alerick Hall provided a magical moment to close out the first half, sinking a buzzer-beating half-court heave, propelling the Lions to a 42-29 lead at halftime. Head Coach Delton Deal praised his team's effort but emphasized the need for more discipline on the defensive end.
The second half was a testament to both teams' resilience, with each side responding emphatically after timeouts. The game reached a fever pitch, culminating in a nail-biting overtime period. JJ Boling's clutch free throws forced the extra period, but ultimately, the Stars seized the moment and secured a thrilling 94-88 upset victory over the Lions.
