Chickasha, OK - In a fiery clash between the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lady Lions and the No. 2 ranked University of Science and Arts (USAO) Drovers, the diamond witnessed intense action and remarkable performances in a Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) softball series.

Lady Lions Review
In the opening game, despite a valiant effort, the Lady Lions suffered a setback, succumbing to a 10-2 defeat against the dominant USAO squad. McKenzie Schulze shone at the plate with a notable 2-run home run, while Annie Charanza and Macie Blizzard faced the brunt on the mound.
Despite a delay due to rain, the Lady Lions continued to battle in game two, but fell short, enduring a 3-12 defeat.
In the subsequent clashes, the Lady Lions faced tough resistance, succumbing 9-0 in both encounters. Sasha Jennings showcased resilience with a 2-for-3 effort at the plate, while pitchers Valerie Guzman, Trista Ford, Macie Blizzard, and Aracelie Mares fought hard despite the relentless onslaught from the USAO lineup

The Lady Lions regroup and shift their focus towards their upcoming clash against Southwestern Christian in Bethany, Oklahoma, scheduled for March 15.Â
