Goodwell, OK – Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) men's basketball team finished off their road trip against Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) a tough conference opponent. In the first half the Lions set the pace by going 7/16 from the 3-point line; they went into the half leading 53-41. The second half was all Lions, they came out and blew the game open eventually going up 28 points. OPSU cut in the lead but it wasn't enough as the Lions won 97-80. The Lions had a good shooting night as they shot 54% from the field and 39% from the 3-point line. 6 players reached double figures for the Lions, it was total team effort as they got their fifth straight victory.
