Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) women's soccer team hit the road Saturday afternoon to face off against Wayland Baptist University (WBU). The game opened up with both teams sticking to the game plan, but a free kick by WBU broke the tie and put them ahead 1-0, another goal in the first half gave WBU a 2-0 lead heading into halftime. In the second half the Lady Lions came to play, behind
Zoe Boldt 17 saves. Offensively the Lady Lions just couldn't get it going as they lost 3-0. It will be a short turnaround for the Lady Lions as they will be on the road to face John Brown University Tuesday, March 23
